Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
If we need additional information to ship your order (for example, an incomplete address), processing may be delayed until we hear back from you.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, Hairlots will send you a tracking link/number by email or SMS once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require an additional shipping payment to resend the order.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees charged by your country, and these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs processing may also impact delivery timelines.

Lost, missing, or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears lost in transit, contact Hairlots as soon as possible with your order number and any supporting photos (if applicable) so we can assist.
Hairlots may work with the carrier to investigate delivery issues, and outcomes can depend on carrier confirmation and tracking scans.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Hairlots quickly after placing it; we’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order is processed or shipped.
